In some countries, such as India, ISPs commonly have overloaded interconnections, which cause packet loss and unusually high latency. This in turn can cause uploads and websocket connections to fail or drop out. To solve this issue, Novecore operates a number of reverse proxies under its own network as well as on service providers' networks.
We recommend using this endpoint for all clients, including server clients, on initialization in order to be informed about changes to our API endpoints and to guarantee the best performance and reliability of your connection to Novecore.
Endpoint discovery must always be accessed by the device that is going to make the API requests. Some optimized endpoints may not be available on the entire internet, so requests can fail otherwise.
