The Novecore Marketplace connects Novecore users with sellers of auxiliary services useful to their careers as a musician.
Seller Requirements
Not everyone is able to sell their products and services on the Novecore marketplace. There are a number of requirements you must meet to be eligible. In addition to this, your offerings must meet our quality requirements. Novecore may accept or refuse sellers at its own discretion.
Supported Countries
Sellers must be registered in one of the following countries:
- Australia
- Austria
- Belgium
- Brazil
- Bulgaria
- Canada
- Cyprus
- Czech Republic
- Denmark
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Greece
- Hong Kong SAR China
- Hungary
- Ireland
- Italy
- Japan

- Malta
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Poland
- Portugal
- Romania
- Singapore
- Slovakia
- Slovenia

Accounts for sellers based or registered in EU countries must be set up under Novecore (Estonia) OÜ. Sellers from other countries may choose between setting up their accounts with Novecore Ltd. or Novecore (USA) Inc., but feature availability may differ.
Supported Industries
The services offered on Novecore Marketplace must be useful for independent musicians in relation to their career as an artist.
Additionally, sellers must not be active in any of the following unsupported industries, even if unrelated to their marketplace listings:
- Ad and click fraud
- Adult services, including prostitution, escorts and adult live chat services
- Age restricted goods or services
- Airlines and cruises
- Bail bonds
- Bankruptcy attorneys
- Credit card and identity theft protection
- Drop shipping
- Drugs, including if legal in certain jurisdictions, such as cannabis and "research chemicals"
- Financial products and services, including investment and brokerage, lending and crowdfunding
- Firearms, explosives, and dangerous material
- Gambling, including charity sweepstakes and raffles
- Government services
- Illegal products and services
- Mature audience content, including pornography
- Pharmaceuticals and telemedicine
- Predatory services
- Prepaid phone cards, sim cards, and phone services
- Products and services that infringe intellectual property rights
- Pyramid, multi-level marketing, network marketing, referral marketing, "Get Rich Quick" and similar money making schemes
- Resale of services without added value
- Sale of in-game currency or game items, unless the seller is the operator of the virtual world
- Sale of stored value or credits maintained, accepted and issued by anyone other than the seller
- Shipping and forwarding brokers
- Timeshare services
- Tobacco, including e-cigarettes and e-liquid
- Travel reservation services and clubs
- Virtual and cryptocurrencies, and mining thereof
- Hong Kong sellers only: Marketing lead generation and unregistered charities
- Indian sellers only: Alcohol, charities, dating services, lobbying groups, political organizations, mining and oil drilling, sex toys, and sexually oriented dating services
- Japanese sellers only: Animals, Consumer-to-Consumer services, donations to individuals, fundraising, health instruments, industrial waste disposal devices, garbage disposal devices, water purifiers, and international marriage brokerage
- Malaysian sellers only: Sex toys and sexually oriented dating services
- Mexican sellers only: Adoption agencies, cross-border currency exchange, debt collection agencies, direct marketing of travel services, ephedrine, game console modification devices, HCG weight loss, penny auctions, and search engine optimization
- Singapore sellers only: Marketing lead generation, sale of ads for products or services deemed illegal in Singapore, sale of products facilitating payments to any products or services deemed illegal in Singapore, sex toys, and sexually oriented dating services
- United Arab Emirates sellers only: Historical artifacts, ivory products, prison-made products, sex toys, and sexually oriented dating services
- United States sellers only: Extended warranties and subscriptions over one year, sex toys, sexually oriented dating services, and unregistered charities

Features not mentioned above are available in all countries supported by Novecore Marketplace.
If a seller is based in a country where the third party expenses feature is not available, they may still charge expenses to their customers, but are only able to receive payment once the order is completed.
